Completed research and data analysis on the microbial production of methane and carbon dioxide in wetlands. Actively contributed to team knowledge during weekly meetings by presenting relevant research papers to peers. Conducted and summarized independent research combining organic chemistry and compound identification produced by microbes, presenting these findings at the research symposium to faculty and students.

Provided daily animal husbandry and care for lemurs, which included feeding, habitat cleaning, creating enrichment, and conducting daily wellness checkups. Additionally, assisted husbandry technicians in monitoring the behavior and overall health of the lemur population. As a core component of the internship, we conducted non-invasive research on the use of outdoor enclosures by Aye-Aye and performed statistical analysis on the collected data.
